How Did Trump Legalize
Weed?
Well to put things short and simple, Trump federally legalized THCa flower by signing the 2018 farm bill, legalizing all forms of psychoactive cannabis products, as long as the Delta 9 THC concentration is not more than 0.3%
But how will I get high off of weed with less than 0.3% THC?
Woah! Hold your horses there. The farm bill never said 0.3% THC, it reads as DELTA 9 THC. Like a lot of other fellow stoners, you probably just refer to weed as simply containing THC, but that is about to change after a quick science lesson from Donald Trump Weed!
So does Donald Trump Weed actually contain THC then?
Yes! Because the farm bill only refers to hemp as less than 0.3% D9 THC, that means all other forms of cannabinoids like THCa are completely free game to be bought, sold & shipped over state borders legally!
Does THCa count towards the federal 0.3%
limit?
NO! Only the Delta 9 THC is relevant, NOT THC-A. That means hemp flower can contain upwards of 20% to 40% THCa content while still containing less than 0.3% D9 THC, therefore allowing its possession to be legal in the USA. Hemp can theoretically contain 99% THCa and still be legal!
Is THCa Synthetic like Delta 8?
NO! THCa is an all natural cannabinoid that the cannabis flower produces. In fact, when you heat or smoke THCa, it converts into Delta 9 THC, the same cannabinoid we have all been enjoying for centuries!
What type of flower genetics are you selling?
We are selling Type 1 Flower Genetics, which is the same stuff you'd find at the dispensary or from your local "guy" if you live in a non-rec state. While our genetics are identical to the strains you'd find at your local dispensary, our flower is considered federally legal hemp because we prevent the THCa from converting into more than 0.3% D9 THC during the harvesting process & during storage.
Does your hemp flower contain CBD?
No. While we definitely respect Type 2 & Type 3 Genetics that contain high amounts of CBD, our flower contains High THCa content and low CBD content. We may however add CBD Genetics in the future if the grandmas & grandpas start complaining that our weed is too strong for them!
