Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
We are unable to cancel your order once the order has shipped as we do not have control over the package once it's in the hands of UPS or USPS. If your order requires signature upon delivery and the package gets returned to sender due to your inability to sign for the package, you are not entitled to a refund. We will work with you to get your package re-shipped to you for bulk pound orders, however there are no refunds due to the sensitivity of THCa.
